- 2 lbs 910 g Verve® Tomato Roasted Red Pepper Bisque with Gouda
- 2 lbs 910 g Gemelli Pasta, cooked | Other options: penne, fusilli, rotini, cavatappi
- 2 each 2 each Cucumbers, peeled & seeded
- 1 cup 148 g Roasted Red Peppers. julienne
- 1 cup 135 g Black Olives, pitted
- 6 oz 170 g Pepperoni, diced
- 1 ½ cups 355 mL Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette
- ¼ oz 7 mL Olive Oil
- pinch pinch Black Pepper
- pinch pinch Salt
- ½ cup 227 g Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salt, pepper & Smoked Gouda cheese.
- Mix thoroughly & adjust seasoning with salt & pepper.
Garnish with shredded Smoked Gouda.
