Chicken breast, boneless, thin-sliced 6.4 lbs 2 9/10  kg
1. Heat a large skillet over high heat, add 30 mL olive oil. Cook chicken for 5 minutes until browned. Remove chicken.
Reserve.

Onion, diced 2 cups 500  mL
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp 15  mL
Crushed red pepper flakes 3/4 tsp 3 3/4  mL
2. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add onions, garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Campbell’s® Chicken Broth 3 cups 750  mL
Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can (48oz) can (1.36L)
Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, finely chopped 1 cup + 1Tbsp 288  mL
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup 250  mL
Basil, fresh, chopped finely 1/4 cup 60  mL
3. Stir in Campbell’s® Chicken Broth, Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
4. Add reserved chicken. Simmer until chicken thoroughly cooked.

5. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve with pasta, rice or potatoes.
