Terms & Conditions
  1. This offer is open to independent restaurant operators only. Not applicable to distributors, chains, buying groups or contract accounts.
  2. The offer is valid for one year from your Kettle equipment purchase date. Proof of purchase is mandatory to qualify. If not provided, the rebate will not be fulfilled.
  3. The maximum refund is the pre-tax price of your Soup Kettle, up to a maximum of $700.
  4. Cheques will be made payable to corporate entities only, and not to individuals.
  5. Limit of one rebate claim per operator location.
  6. Operators should save copies of distributor invoices (showing eligible products purchased) for submission in this claim form. Handwritten invoices will not be accepted. Must submit a digital copy of original invoice.
  7. Offer good for Operators located in Canada only. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
  8. This rebate offer may not be combined with any other offer on the same items during the same period.
  9. Distributors may not redeem on behalf of operators.
  10. Rebate is valid for purchases made from Foodservice Distributors. Purchases made from Warehouse Clubs are ineligible. Warehouse Club locations do not qualify as Foodservice Operators. Full case purchases from Cash & Carry locations are eligible.
  11. This rebate cannot be assigned or transferred by an operator.
