onion, cut into wedges
garlic, minced 6 cloves cloves
2. Steam fennel, onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir into soup.

lemon zest 2 tbsp 15  mL
3. Add olives and lemon zest. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
