Cilantro, chopped 125 mL 1/2 cup

1. Sauté onion in vegetable oil over medium heat until tender but not brown.
2. Add beans, cilantro, water, salsa and V8 juice. 3. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer stirring occasionally.
