Campbell’s Signature Cream of Potato w/ Bacon 08166
1 tub
1 tub
diced dill pickled 500 mL 2 cups
dill pickle juice 250 mL 1 cup
fresh dill 60 mL 1/4 cup
Dill pickle vodka (optional)
diced red onion 250 mL 1 cup
Instructions
1. Prepare Campbell’s Signature Cream of Potato w/ Bacon 08166 as directed.
2. Stir diced pickles, pickle juice and dill into soup. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Recipe Tip

  1. For each portion, ladle hot soup into serving bowl or crock. Stir in vodka (if using). Garnish with red onion.
