Instructions
1 Combine soup, water, thyme and garlic.
2 Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to simmer for approximately 1 hour. Add green onion, broccoli and cauliflower. Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
3 Before serving add chopped parsley.
