Campbell’s® Vegetarian Vegetable Soup

A savoury soup made with hearty garden vegetables in a seasoned tomato broth.

Water 2 L 64 oz
Ground Thyme 3 mL 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 10 mL 2 tsp
Green Onion, chopped 30 mL 2 tbsp
Broccoli, blanched 125 g 4 oz
Cauliflower, blanched 125 g 4 oz
Parsley, freshly chopped 125 mL 1/2 cup
1. Combine soup, water, thyme and garlic.
2. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to simmer for approximately 1 hour. Add green onion, broccoli and cauliflower. Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
3. Before serving add chopped parsley.
