Preheat oven: 400 degrees

1) Season diced sirlion with salt & pepper

Canola Oil 2 tbsp 30  mL
2) Heat oil in large sauce pot, cook sirloin until gloden brown, about 7-8 minutes.

Frozen Mixed Vegetables 3 cups 750  mL
3) Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Verve® Bistro Beef and Vegetable Soup, thawed 1 4 lb Pouch 1.82kg Pouch
4) Add Verve Bistro Beef and Vegetable soup and simmer for 15 minutes on low to medium heat.

Mashed Potatoes in Pastry Bag with 9 cups 1/4 L
Parsley 3 tbsp 45  mL
5) Ladle 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) of soup into a 12 oz oven proof soup vessel.

6) Pipe approximately 3/4 cup of mashed potatoes onto of the soup mixture

7) Bake in 400 degree oven for 3-4 minutes or 1 minute under a broiler until potato is golden brown

To Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley
