This creamy Mexican-inspired soup is made with seasoned chicken, roasted corn, red rice, roasted green chiles and jalapeño peppers, then finished with a splash of tequila and a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients
CHICKEN BROTH (WATER, CHICKEN STOCK), CREAM (MILK), CORN, SEASONED CHICKEN (CONTAINS SOY), RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS, ROASTED CORN, RICE, JALAPENO PEPPERS, CORN MASA (CORN MEAL, WATER, CALCIUM HYDROXIDE), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, BUTTER, TEQUILA, ROASTED GARLIC, CHICKEN FAT, CILANTRO, LIME JUICE CONCENTRATE, DRIED CHIPOTLE CHILI PEPPER, SPICE EXTRACT.
Heat to 70°C (160°F) and hold for serving. Stir often. Do not dilute.
Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Thaw pouches (35-40°F / 2-4°C) for up to 15 days.
