Thia creamy mushroom soup gets a Tuscan touch with added tomatoes and basil.

V8 Juice

Canned, Diced Tomatoes 875 mL 28 oz
Sugar 5 mL 1 tsp
Dried Basil 10 mL 2 tsp
Milk 531 mL 17 oz
1. Combine soup, V8, water, tomatoes, sugar and basil. 2. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to simmer for approximately 1 hour until thoroughly heated.
3. Add milk and simmer 5 minutes. Do not boil.
