Campbell's® Tomato Bisque Soup

Ripe red tomatoes and onions simmered with rich cream and delicately seasoned with garlic and pepper.

Water 1 L 4 cups
Green Peppers, chopped 250 mL 1 cup
Smoked Salmon, julienned 300 g 10 oz
Dill 8 mL 1 1/2 tsp
Cognac 10 mL 2 tsp
Instructions
1. In a 15 quart pot, combine bisque with water.
2. Add chopped green peppers, smoked salmon, dill and cognac.
3. Heat to 180 degrees F. Hold for up to 4 hours.
4. Serve over pasta.
