Green Onions, finely sliced on bias 1/2 cup 125  mL
Ginger, freshly grated 1 tbsp 15  mL
1. Stir fry green onions and ginger in oil for 1 minute.

Corn Niblets, freshly cut from cobs 2 cups 500  mL
2. Add corn and fry for 1 minute.

Artisan by Stockpot® Chicken Stock 4 cups L
3. Add stock and bring to a boil.

Sugar 1/2 tsp mL
White Pepper, ground
Salt
Ponzu 1 tbsp 15  mL
4. Season with sugar, pepper, salt and ponzu and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sesame Oil 1 tsp mL
Cilantro
5. Serve hot and garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame oil.
