An ethnic dish sure to please your patrons - this creamy Chicken Mulligatawny is rich with curry, cilantro, rice and diced apples.

Campbell’s® Cream of Chicken Soup

64 oz
Water 2 L 64 oz
Black Pepper 1 mL 1/4 tsp
Cilantro, freshly chopped 250 mL 1 cup
Curry Powder 20 mL 4 tsp
Celery, sliced 250 g 8 oz
Onion, diced 90 g 3 oz
Rice, cooked 255 g 8 1/2 oz
Firm Apple, peeled, cored and diced 125 g 4 oz
1. Combine frozen soup with water.
2. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until soup has defrosted and vegetables are cooked.
3. Serve garnished with more fresh chopped cilantro.
