Campbell’s® Cream of Chicken Soup
|Water||2 L||64 oz|
|Black Pepper||1 mL||1/4 tsp|
|Cilantro, freshly chopped||250 mL||1 cup|
|Curry Powder||20 mL||4 tsp|
|Celery, sliced||250 g||8 oz|
|Onion, diced||90 g||3 oz|
|Rice, cooked||255 g||8 1/2 oz|
|Firm Apple, peeled, cored and diced||125 g||4 oz|
|1. Combine frozen soup with water.|
|2. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until soup has defrosted and vegetables are cooked.|
|3. Serve garnished with more fresh chopped cilantro.|
