Tim has spent over 40 years in the Food Service Industry.
He completed his Chef training in Ontario where he also received his Red Seal accreditation. A hitch hiking trip west in the late 70s brought Tim to Vancouver where he continued to sharpen his chef skills in various positions across British Columbia.
Eventually, Tim moved from the kitchen to sales and starting in 1989 he worked for numerous companies including Fishery Products International and Concord National Food Brokers before joining Campbell in 2002.
Today, Tim is the Account Development Manager and Regional Chef responsible for the Chain, Healthcare and Non-Commercial business in BC.
His many years of kitchen experience combined with his extensive knowledge of the food industry makes him an invaluable member of the Campbell Foodservice team in Canada.
