Son expertise comprend la supervision des op\u00e9rations, la facilitation des lancements de nouveaux produits, la direction d\u2019\u00e9quipes culinaires et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de menus pour une panoplie d\u2019institutions de renom aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Mexique. Il puise son inspiration des m\u00eames cuisines dont il ma\u00eetrise les techniques, soit les cuisines italienne, m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, fran\u00e7aise, cubaine et japonaise moderne, et ce, afin d\u2019infuser des saveurs uniques dans tout ce qu\u2019il confectionne chaque jour pour le Service alimentaire Campbell\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de se joindre au Service alimentaire Campbell\u2019s en 2017, Gerald a travaill\u00e9 pour Starr Catering Group et STARR Restaurant Organization, notamment dans le r\u00e9put\u00e9 restaurant Morimoto \u00e0 Philadelphie, au River Station Restaurant et pour le regroupement China Grill Management. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 ses lettres de noblesse en mati\u00e8re d\u2019avant-gardisme et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 culinaire, il va sans dire que Gerald est un pr\u00e9cieux atout pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Service alimentaire Campbell\u2019s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wp-container-content-ceb7f5b3
