Il est notamment responsable du d\u00e9ploiement des recettes, du soutien aux op\u00e9rateurs et du d\u00e9veloppement continu du programme de veille culinaire de Campbell&rsquo;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greg est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du Culinary Institute of America de Hyde Park, dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de New York. Il a rejoint l&rsquo;entreprise apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 un stage au Campbell&rsquo;s Culinary &amp; Baking Institute et a obtenu la certification de chef de cuisine aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;American Culinary Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Greg est passionn\u00e9 par les comp\u00e9titions culinaires et est un ma\u00eetre du barbecue prim\u00e9, ayant notamment remport\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re place dans plusieurs concours en 2021. Actuellement, Greg est vice-pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration de la Mid-Atlantic Barbecue Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re culinaire aupr\u00e8s de Johnathan Lundy, finaliste du prix James Beard du meilleur chef du Sud-Est, dans sa ville natale de Lexington, dans le Kentucky. Le restaurant Jonathan at Gratz Park \u00e9tait r\u00e9put\u00e9 dans tout le Kentucky pour sa cuisine raffin\u00e9e du Sud revisit\u00e9e avec cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
