Nigel a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa vie professionnelle dans la gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re au pays de Galles, mais a rapidement \u00e9lu de se concentrer sur ses talents en cuisine et de poursuivre une carri\u00e8re dans les arts culinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu son dipl\u00f4me de l\u2019\u00e9cole de cuisine ainsi que sa certification de ma\u00eetre et son Sceau rouge, Nigel a pass\u00e9 plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 voyager autour de l\u2019Europe en tant que chef cuisinier pour divers groupes rock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 1982, Nigel a immigr\u00e9 du pays de Galles \u00e0 Calgary, o\u00f9 il a peaufin\u00e9 son savoir-faire en travaillant comme sous-chef au Port o\u2019 Call Inn. Plus tard, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 chef cuisinier au Village Park Inn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 1990, Nigel a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9orienter sa carri\u00e8re vers la distribution des aliments pour occuper un poste au sein d\u2019AG Foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours des 35 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a travaill\u00e9 dans les ventes aupr\u00e8s de fabricants de produits alimentaires comme Best Foods et Unilever. Voici maintenant 21 ans qu\u2019il travaille pour le Service alimentaire Campbell\u2019s en tant que directeur du d\u00e9veloppement des comptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En plus de travailler avec ses clients, Nigel utilise ses comp\u00e9tences et ses connaissances de chef pour aider l\u2019\u00e9quipe canadienne du Service alimentaire de la restauration lors de s\u00e9ances de remue-m\u00e9ninges pour la cr\u00e9ation de recettes. Sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de cuisine et son exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019industrie font de lui un membre indispensable de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
