Adi a plus de 35 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019industrie de la restauration. Il a termin\u00e9 sa formation de chef \u00e0 Interlaken, en Suisse, et a re\u00e7u son accr\u00e9ditation Sceau rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 quelque temps dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e suisse, il est revenu comme apprenti et a pass\u00e9 son examen de serveur \u00e0 Interlaken, en Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adi a pass\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante au prestigieux Operak\u00e4llern de Stockholm, en Su\u00e8de, o\u00f9 il a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le d\u00eener de gala royal du prix Nobel, organis\u00e9 par le roi Carl XVI Gustaf et la reine Silvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 1991, il a immigr\u00e9 \u00e0 Vernon, en Colombie-Britannique, au Canada pour travailler au Swiss Hotel Silver Lode Inn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la saison d\u2019hiver \u00e0 Vernon, il est retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 Berne, en Suisse, pour s\u2019inscrire et terminer l\u2019\u00c9cole de gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re, obtenant son dipl\u00f4me en 1992 avec son dipl\u00f4me de gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son amour des voyages l\u2019a ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 Vernon, en Colombie-Britannique, avant de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 Vancouver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adi a re\u00e7u son titre de chef de cuisine certifi\u00e9 (CCC) de l\u2019Institut culinaire canadien en 2000. Il a si\u00e9g\u00e9 plusieurs mandats au conseil d\u2019administration de la BC Chefs \u2019Association en tant que tr\u00e9sorier et deuxi\u00e8me vice-pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 23 ans derri\u00e8re la cuisini\u00e8re, Adi s\u2019est joint \u00e0 Gordon Food Service en Colombie-Britannique en tant que repr\u00e9sentant des ventes de district. Apr\u00e8s 5 ans chez GFS, il s\u2019est joint \u00e0 Canada Bread \/ Maple Leaf en tant que directeur de compte et chef r\u00e9gional o\u00f9 il a eu l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9velopper des recettes cr\u00e9atives mettant en valeur le portefeuille de Canada Bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2019, Adi s\u2019est jointe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Campbell en tant que responsable du d\u00e9veloppement de compte et chef r\u00e9gional pour la Colombie-Britannique. Ses nombreuses ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en cuisine alli\u00e9es \u00e0 sa connaissance approfondie de l\u2019industrie alimentaire font de lui un membre inestimable de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Campbell Foodservice au Canada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
