utilisation.<\/li>\n                    <li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le macaroni au fromage d\u00e9congel\u00e9, le parmesan, le thym, la moutarde de Dijon, le poivre noir et l\u2019ail en poudre. Remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/li>\n                    <li>Dans un petit bol, fouetter la farine et l\u2019eau pour cr\u00e9er une \u00ab colle \u00bb d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour les p\u00e2tes.<\/li>\n                    <li>Disposer les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 rouleaux de printemps. D\u00e9poser environ \u00bc de tasse (60 mL ou 2 oz) du m\u00e9lange de macaroni au fromage au centre de chaque p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n                    <li>Replier fermement un coin de la p\u00e2te sur la garniture pour commencer \u00e0 former un cylindre. Replier les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, puis rouler la p\u00e2te fermement, en laissant environ 5 cm (2 po) \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<\/li>\n                    <li>Badigeonner le dernier coin avec le m\u00e9lange de farine et d\u2019eau et sceller le rouleau.<\/li>\n                    <li>Pour des rouleaux plus croustillants et plus rigides, envelopper chaque rouleau une seconde fois en utilisant une nouvelle p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n                    <li>Chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une friteuse \u00e0 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F). Frire les rouleaux par petites quantit\u00e9s pendant environ 7 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s et que leur temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 74 \u00b0C (165 \u00b0F). \u00c9goutter sur du papier absorbant.<\/li>\n                    <\/ol>\n                <h3>Sauce marinara<\/h3>\n                    <ol class=\"directions\">\n                    <li>\u00a0Dans une petite casserole, chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter les oignons coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s et les faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres, environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n                    <li>Ajouter l\u2019ail et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il d\u00e9gage son ar\u00f4me, environ 30 secondes.<\/li>\n                    <li>Incorporer l\u2019origan et les tomates. Baisser le feu et laisser mijoter 20 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n                    <li>M\u00e9langer la sauce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 (\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main ou ordinaire).
