Son expertise comprend la supervision des op\u00e9rations, la facilitation des lancements de nouveaux produits, la direction d\u2019\u00e9quipes culinaires et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de menus pour une panoplie d\u2019institutions de renom aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Mexique.
